Shipping, Insurance and Applicable Taxes
Canada & U.S.A. Shipping
​All shipping destinations within Canada and the continental USA, a flat shipping rate is applied to each painting.
Trebor or a representative will contact the buyer by phone and confirm with an email the painting details, pricing and all pertinent shipping information plus review any special arrangements.​
Any related, custom duties for shipments outside of Canada are the buyer responsibility.
To ensure proof of delivery, a signature will be requested from the person accepting the package at the shipping address of the buyer. Please make sure that there will be someone to receive the package at the pre-arranged shipping destination.
Overseas Shipping
All overseas shipping costs outside Canada and the continental USA will require an estimate from our shipper, UPS. Please call or email us prior to purchasing your painting online for all overseas destinations. Any related, custom duties for shipments outside of Canada are the buyer responsibility. To ensure proper delivery, we also request a signature from a person accepting the package at the address of delivery.

Insurance
​Your artwork is shipped fully insured by UPS. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately
to report and resolve the problem.
Taxes
​The Quebec provincial sales tax (PST of 9.975%) and the federal government sales tax (GST of 5.0%) applies only to purchases shipped within Canada. Any additional taxes outside Canada, custom duties and extra shipping costs and handling fees at the place of destination are the buyer’s responsibility.
