Purchase of Artwork
To purchase a Trebor painting complete the contact form on TreborArt.com website or email the gallery directly at email@example.com or call the gallery directly at 1-613-600-6400 / 1-819-360-6677.
A representative of the Trebor Art Gallery will arrange the shipping of the painting and inform you of the arrangements and any applicable charges by telephone and confirm my email. Any related, custom duties and other taxes for shipments outside of Canada are the buyer responsibility. To ensure proper delivery, we request a signature from a person accepting the package at the address of delivery.
If the Trebor artwork that you selected is on displayed at a museum or another art gallery exhibition, you may still purchase the piece online. Prior to payment arrangements, we will inform you of the expected time of delivery of your new purchase.
Yes we accept returns. We are very confident that you will love your Trebor painting however, if you are not happy with your purchase, we accept exchanges or refunds within 30 days of the date of purchase… no questions asked! Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Your artwork will be shipped fully insured. If your artwork arrives damaged for any reason, please contact us immediately to report the problem.
A Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) of 13% applies only to purchases shipped within Canada. Any additional taxes, custom duties and extra shipping and handling fees at the place of destination, they are the buyer’s responsibility.
