This painting was created from a photo taken a few years ago during a pontoon trip on Lake Poisson Blanc just north of Ottawa in Quebec. The photo itself brought back many joyful memories of long trips over the Lièvre River waterway that provides over 100 km. of connected lakes, rivers and water basins.
